$4500 rental peak season, negotiable $3500 rental off season

Rooftop rental discounts offered for each oceanfront mini suite and studio suite rented by your group (up to 10 rooms)

$200 discount/room with $4500 rental, $100 discount/room with $3500 rental

Rental hours are from 12 pm to 9 pm, with music, dancing and bar stopping by 8:30 pm

Work with one of our preferred caterers to create a fantasy reception or chose your own for a fee of $250

Stay in one of our spacious bridal suites for ½ off

40 Speaker surround sound system, lapel and hand held microphones available (*rental fee-$150 music system, $50/microphone )

Multipurpose room has seating capacity of approximately 60 for sit down dining; create additional seating by using the adjacent rooftop

Multipurpose room has catering facility, wet bar, and state of the art entertainment center with state of the art audio and visual aids
